1/22 - 3/19: Family On Mission 8-week Sunday Sermon Series

We would love for you to join us every Sunday at 10:30 AM at Shelby Jr. High for our Biblical teaching series called Family on Mission.

In His essence God is a family (Father, Son, & Holy Spirit). When Jesus walked the earth He wasn't a "lone ranger", he created a family of disciples. And God calls us to be the same -- not just a church made up of individuals, but a family. A Family On Mission.

Sermons in this 8-week series include: "The Parable of the Prodigal...God???," "Hungering to Hear God's Voice," and "The God Kind of Faith". Everything kicks off on January 22nd with a sermon titled "Dreaming With God."

Then Jesus looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, Here are my mother and my brothers! Whoever does Gods will is my brother and sister and mother. (Mark 3:33-35)

2/1 & 2/9: Fireside Chats at Dan & Kellie's Home

Join us for a very special evening! Dan & Kellie are opening their home to give you an opportunity to hear their hearts about the Family on Mission giving campaign, going beyond what is possible to share in a Sunday sermon. Plus, there will be plenty of time to answer any questions you might have about the campaign and our future building. We'll gather in their family room, drink some coffee, and chat! Seating is truly limited so please RSVP today for either February 1st or February 9th using the link below. Note: this is a kid-friendly gathering (they'll be playing in the basement) but childcare is not offered.

2/25: Equipping the Saints: Biblical Financial Principles

You're invited and encouraged to join us Saturday, February 25th from 9:00-12:00 at the Shelby Community Center Card Room for our next Equipping the Saints Workshop: Biblical Financial Principles. Come expecting to learn and grow through God's principles on managing His resources, especially in this season of gathering and planning for the 24/7 ministry facility in our very near future! It is sometimes difficult to figure out exactly how to give to God's missions including this endeavor in our overstretched budgets, but this workshop is designed to talk through real details of the why and how of giving to missions such as our campaign. Sign-up below to hold your spot!

2/26 - 3/5: 24/7 Prayer Room

Out of all of the amazing things that happened at our church last year, one of the absolute highlights was the 24/7 Prayer Room. God provided a storefront space we rented for a week and people from our church prayed in 2-hour time slots around the clock, 24 hours a day during the final week of Lent. Well, the Prayer Room is back! This year we'll be praying as Lent begins from February 26 to March 5 and right in the middle of our Family On Mission campaign. Sign-up below for a single 2-hour session or several; what you choose is up to you! May you say YES to this opportunity to PRAY LIKE NEVER BEFORE!

3/12: Family On Mission Q&A

Join our lead pastor, Dan Kopp, our board treasurer, Jack Malloy, and Executive Pastor, Dave Carlson after church on Sunday, March 12 from 12:30-2:00pm right at Shelby Jr High to ask questions or just to chat at our Family On Mission Giving Campaign Open Q&A. Lunch will be provided and lots of fellowship and open discussion will be encouraged.

To ensure we get enough food, please RSVP to Chris Carlson at this link. We look forward to seeing you there!

3/19: Celebration!

Jesus said, "I will build My church" (Matt. 16:18). And He has been faithful to that promise for the past 2,000 years as countless churches have launched around the world. And He was faithful to that promise in 2010 when our church launched. And not only is He faithful, but He is provider! Join us on March 19th at Shelby Jr. High starting at 10:30 AM for church and then stay for the party as we celebrate a milestone in our short history - the day members of our church family will say YES to God in a way that will allow us to purchase 24/7 ministry facility we can call home. This won't just be Pledge Sunday...It will be Celebration Sunday!

We would love for everyone to join us, but we need you to RSVP at this link so that we order enough food.
